Research by McKinsey reveals that US employees across industries and working models (in person, hybrid, and remote) say their organisations are doing a poor job of supporting five core practices that drive performance and strengthen organisational health: collaboration, connectivity, innovation, mentorship, and skill development. And leaders frequently cite these practices as top reasons for getting people back in the office. The article explains why embedding and strengthening these practices into the organisation can help fuel performance and organisational health, no matter which working model leaders choose.
