Of course, we want lawyers who are brilliant at what they do - but that’s not all we are looking for. We also want people who are able to create meaningful and loyal client relationships that go beyond the immediate job in hand. Doing this involves an ability to stand in our clients’ shoes – to understand their business, their values and the context they work in, so that we can provide maximum insight into their biggest questions.

With many of our clients being highly innovative businesses or working in rapidly evolving areas, our lawyers are excited by change. We need to help our clients identify and benefit from opportunities as well as manage risk.

Our lawyers also have a very reasonable chargeable hours target which is driven by our respect for a positive work-life balance.
