Our services
We offer more than a typical law firm
Culture reviews
Our culture reviews enable you to look under the bonnet of your organisation so that you can understand what your staff are concerned about. A culture review enables you to get ahead of a problem and to address issues before they result in formal grievance processes or resignations.
You can use culture reviews to:
- Understand anomalies – for example, if you have a team which fails to meet diversity targets, has high attrition rates, or low engagement scores. We can identify the causes and provide recommendations for addressing any underlying issues
- Address reputational risks, such as rumours of a toxic work environment
- Assess integration following significant changes, such as mergers or restructures
Each culture review is conducted by one of our multi-disciplinary investigation teams, which include employment lawyers, data analysts and HR specialists, aided by AI analysis.
Each review is tailored to your particular circumstances. Generally, though, our team will gather information from a variety of sources and carry out a desktop analysis. They will conduct a staff survey and meet with small employee focus groups. They will then provide an objective and impartial assessment of any thematic issues which are damaging your workplace culture and the perceptions of it.
We can also recommend measures to address those issues, and work with you to implement them to prevent problems from arising in the future.
HR audits
Giving your organisation a health check provides you with a snapshot of the effectiveness of your organisation’s policies and procedures. It also identifies risks and recommends improvements to bring you in line with best practice and ensure compliance.
Whether you need a general audit, or one for a specific area such as sickness absence, data protection, immigration compliance or workplace culture, we can help you.
Immigration compliance audits
Employers are understandably concerned about getting sponsor compliance duties right. The Home Office provides frequent updates to the Immigration Rules and regularly audits sponsoring organisations to identify non-compliance. The reputational and financial risks of breaches are high, so reviewing your HR practices is vital.
Drawing on our many years of experience, our immigration audit services will ensure that you comply with your sponsor duties. We support you in designing and maintaining robust compliance processes, and provide recommendations tailored to your business. In addition, we help to ensure compliance by upskilling your staff on the latest requirements and best practice.
