Zero-hours work ‘equals a happy work-life balance’

In a Times article, Lewis Silkin has been mentioned regarding the survey conducted in conjunction with the CIPD on zero-hours contracts.

The survey found that workers on zero-hour contracts are just as likely to be happy in their job as full-time staff. The news came after a summer in which a national debate was sparked after the CIPD revealed that 3.1% of the UK workforce were on zero-hours contracts.
