Following the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Clyde & Co LLP v Bates van Winkelhof, many commentators have suggested that an LLP must now automatically enrol (and pay contributions in respect of) its members into a pension scheme. However, the position is not that clear cut. In an article for The Law Society Gazette, Clive Greenwood and Christopher Hitchins examine this issue and offer some practical guidance .
