Top 100 UK law firm Lewis Silkin LLP has been recognised as one of the UK’s best employers once again in The Sunday Times’ ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ survey.
This is the ninth year running that Lewis Silkin has been included in the esteemed survey, being listed at number 79 and certified with an “outstanding” Two Star rating.
Among the Lewis Silkin initiatives praised in the survey were a commitment to reducing workplace stress. Staff are actively encouraged to share concerns at emotional support sessions, join yoga or meditation groups and take advantage of a subsidised gym.
