Lewis Silkin in a spin!

Lewis Silkin started its major charity event for 2012 at 12:00pm today (22 November 2012) to raise money for the firm’s nominated charity Helen and Douglas House. This year Lewis Silkin staff will be participating in a 30 hour non-stop spinathon to celebrate 30 years of Helen and Douglas House providing much needed support to children and young adults with life limiting disabilities.

This year Lewis Silkin staff will be participating in a 30 hour non-stop spinathon to celebrate 30 years of Helen and Douglas House providing much needed support to children and young adults with life limiting disabilities.
A huge rota of staff will be keeping the pedals spinning throughout the day and night to raise as much money as possible for this important charity.

Ian Jeffery, Managing Partner of Lewis Silkin LLP, commented:
"I’m glad I’m not spinning for the whole 30 hours. (Stops talking for breather) We are a great admirer of the work done by Helen And Douglas House (stops for another breather), and any donations, large or small, will be gratefully received for what is a fantastic cause (turns very red.)"
The two bikes in heavy use have been kindly loaned by Fitness First for the spinathon.
