Lewis Silkin co-host gender pay gap roundtable discussion with techUK

Lewis Silkin recently co-hosted a second roundtable discussion on the subject of how best to approach gender pay gap reporting which involved senior representatives of a number of leading technology companies.
The roundtable discussion, co-hosted with techUK, brought together senior in-house employment lawyers, HR and diversity professionals and policy managers from a wide range of leading technology companies and was a follow up to an initial gender pay gap roundtable discussion which took place in March and was also co-hosted by Lewis Silkin and techUK.
