Lewis Silkin celebrates Bi-Visibility Day 2018
21 September 2018
Lewis Silkin is marking Bi-Visibility Day, a global event which takes place on 23 September each year to raise awareness and to celebrate the bisexual community.
In a series of initiatives this week, the firm has:
- published a series of information posters around the offices
- made bi pride flag-coloured lanyards available to all (via a cardboard cut-out of notable bisexual man, David Bowie)
- published an article highlighting the legal issues surrounding bisexual discrimination
- flown the bi flag with pride
Ian Jeffery, Chief Executive, commented,
“Lewis Silkin has always thrived because of the diversity of its staff. It is important that we continue to celebrate this.”
