Lewis Silkin advises global communications agency Way To Blue, on its acquisition by The Miroma Group

The Lewis Silkin Corporate team has advised its client, Way To Blue, on its acquisition by The Miroma Group.
Way To Blue has 100 staff and operations in London, North America, Australia, Asia, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain. The agency specialises in entertainment and consumer full-service marketing, including research, PR and publicity and ’360° digital’ and social media services. Current clients include Amazon, NBCUniversal, InterContinental Hotels Group, 20th Century Fox and Red Bull.
The cross departmental Lewis Silkin team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Jo Evans, supported by tax, rewards and incentives partner Matthew Rowbotham, employment partner Richard Moore and corporate associate Georgina Fraser.
