Lewis Silkin advises Blend Media in raising £1.5million on its third funding round

Lewis Silkin has advised its client Blend Media on its third funding round, in which £1.5 million of investment was secured bringing the total to £2.6 million.
Blend Media is the leading provider and curator of premium 360ᵒ videos and immersive content. The company makes it easier for brands, advertisers and online publishers to source quality library material, secure professional film-makers and quickly customise and publish 360ᵒ video content. Blend has already partnered with Facebook to help grow its 360-degree ecosystem and counts Google, Greenpeace, Intel, UNILAD, AOL and McCann among its customers.
Blend Media saw new investment come from Hambro Perks and I2BF Global Ventures along with participation from existing investors including Paul Cooper, partner at Clarity and Mark Browning, Managing Director of ITN Productions.
The Lewis Silkin team was led by Paul Rajput who also advised Blend Media on its previous round of fund raising earlier this year and the first round in 2016.
