I help clients with their commercial disputes. I am experienced in High Court litigation, and have managed long trials in the Commercial Court and in the Court of Appeal. But much of my time is also spent assisting clients when there are no legal proceedings, when I advise them on their rights and obligations in a contentious situation. The objective is to achieve a resolution that works for them. I try to ensure that all clients feel looked after as they go through what can be a challenging time. I have worked for claimants and defendants and in many business sectors, but most often in the areas of professional liability, sport, insurance, and claims involving dishonesty.
