I have over a decade of experience in advising both companies and individuals on all types of employment law issues.

Alongside my general advisory work, my practice focusses on contentious matters in the financial and professional service sectors, including difficult exits, boardroom disputes and knotty disciplinary and grievance issues. I'm an experienced litigator and have particular expertise in complex, high-value Employment Tribunal litigation. I am Co-Head of our Financial Services team and also a member of our investigations and regulatory groups and regularly act as an external investigator on sensitive issues.

I have extensive experience of supporting senior executives through critical moments.

I am passionate about diversity and co-lead the Gender strand of the firm's Diversity Board.

Support for senior executives

  • Supporting senior executives with grievances and disciplinary matters, including regulatory concerns
  • Challenging exit decisions and processes - and, where necessary, supporting with the negotiation of exit terms
  • Advising on contract negotiations, including bonuses and post-termination restrictions

  • Conducting workplace investigations into sensitive allegations including malpractice, discrimination and workplace bullying
