As a Practice Development Lawyer in the Employment, Immigration and Reward team, I am part of a team of specialist lawyers who help to keep our clients and colleagues on top of the latest developments in employment law.

I am also actively involved in our Future of Work community, which is a resource dedicated to sharing thought leadership on the future of work. We help organisations to anticipate and navigate what lies ahead in the world of work.

I use the experience I gained in my previous role as an associate in the firm's Employment team to support clients.
