I am a Managing Knowledge Lawyer in the employment team and have specialised in employment law for over fifteen years, having joined the firm on qualification. I work in a team of specialist lawyers, keeping colleagues and clients up to date on the latest and upcoming developments to employment law and policy. I support the team with legal queries, manage internal knowledge resources, and contribute to our thought leadership articles and podcasts. Recently I have developed expertise in issues arising from the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace and have contributed to numerous publications on the topic.

I was previously a Senior Associate in the employment team, which included time on secondment at a high street retailer. I also also spent six years in the rockhopper team, gaining extensive litigation experience.
