I have worked as an employment lawyer for more than a decade. I advise businesses on the whole range of general employment issues, such as reviewing policies, advising on terminations and restructurings, and responding to tribunal claims. I have a particular focus on litigation and I regularly assist clients with high value litigation, often involving complex and sensitive discrimination claims.

Improving the profession's social mobility is a key priority for me and I'm involved in the firm's Ellen and Nikki scholarship scheme, offering financial and mentoring support to bright students studying law at University.
