I have been an employment lawyer for nearly a decade, including two periods of time on client secondments. I advise organisations on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. My work ranges from day-to-day employee relations and HR support for issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, managing senior exits, drafting contracts and policy. I provide strategic advice on reorganisations, international redundancy projects and TUPE; and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
I have a particular interest in menopause and IVF and am actively involved in the firm's internal DE&I groups and have participated in external panel events on workplace support and best practice.
