I have been an employment lawyer for nearly a decade, including two periods of time on client secondments. I advise organisations on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. My work ranges from day-to-day employee relations and HR support for issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, managing senior exits, drafting contracts and policy. I provide strategic advice on reorganisations, international redundancy projects and TUPE; and employment aspects of corporate transactions.

I have a particular interest in menopause and IVF and am actively involved in the firm's internal DE&I groups and have participated in external panel events on workplace support and best practice.

  • Providing support and training for an organisational change project for a large pharmaceutical company
  • Leading an international project involving 22 different jurisdictions in respect of overtime for a global business

  • Supporting day-to-day queries from clients who have employees already working abroad
  • Advising and co-ordinating an international company's expansion into new territories
  • Providing support for businesses who wanted to offer remote working from abroad
  • Co-ordinating an international project on social security and Posted Workers Directive for a global company
