About

I am a corporate lawyer specialising in the advertising & marketing, gaming, television and wider creative sectors. I am passionate (yes, genuinely!) about M&A, and, in particular, supporting innovative companies grow through acquisitions, and helping founders and business owners achieve the exit that's right for them.

My expertise covers M&A involving well-known trade buyers and private equity as well as alternative exit strategies such as Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs). I also advise on investments, complex restructures and shareholder disputes.

I also have significant experience in-house in an international television production company.

I am the co-host of the Lewis Silkin podcast series "Selling your Creative Business".
