- Advising in respect of company reorganisations
- Drafting employment contracts, director service agreements and consultancy agreements
- Preparing employee-facing policies and staff handbooks
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
Employment M&A, outsourcing & TUPE
- Advising companies in a variety of sectors on the employment aspects of corporate transactions (both share sales/purchases and asset sales/purchases involving TUPE)
- Carrying out due diligence exercises and preparing reports on the relevant findings
- Drafting and negotiating warranties and indemnities in the transaction documents
- Advising in connection with the employment law and TUPE aspects of outsourcing agreements
Employment tribunals
- Acting for respondent employers in the Employment Tribunal including the defence of unfair dismissal, discrimination and equal pay claims
- Advising on judicial mediation
