In addition to my role as Head of Lewis Silkin's Leeds office, I am a trusted employment law adviser for the HR and in-house legal teams of many well-known businesses with a presence in the UK.

Having lived in and around Leeds for most of my life, I pride myself on bringing the friendly Yorkshire spirit and straight-talking nature to my advice style.

I specialise in supporting UK and multinational corporate clients on all of their workforce issues, with a particular focus on industrial relations and trade union matters, complex change projects, including large-scale collective consultations, and sensitive investigations.

My clients include household name brands across the retail, luxury goods, hospitality, sport and manufacturing sectors.
