I am an Associate in our Employment team. I provide pragmatic and commercial advice to individuals and companies on both contentious and non-contentious issues impacting their business. I have a particular interest in advising on collective and trade union issues, as well as high court litigation regarding post-termination restrictions.

I advise clients across a wide range of sectors including sports, technology and professional services.

Employment litigation

  • Advising and representing businesses in the Employment Tribunal for claims such as unfair dismissal and / or discrimination
  • Advising and acting for employers on the enforcement of employees or former employees post-termination restrictions
  • Representing individual clients in securing a favourable exit from their employment

Employment

  • Undertaking due diligence as part of a merger or acquisition transaction
  • Negotiating contractual terms for individuals or employers
  • Assisting employers dealing with internal processes such as sickness absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances
