About

I qualified as an employment lawyer in 2000 and worked both in private practice at a magic circle firm and in-house with an investment bank before joining Lewis Silkin in 2008 as a Professional Development Lawyer.

A move to Switzerland with my family led to a spell away from law, but I qualified as an executive coach before coming back to Lewis Silkin, as a member of the rockhopper and LS in-house team, in 2022. I still advise on the rockhopper helpline, but I am now also one of the Team Leaders, providing support to and managing the growing team.

  • Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, ranging from corporate transactions and TUPE to redundancies and negotiated exits
  • Working closely with human resources teams on all employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management and family friendly matters
  • Drafting and advising on employment related documentation and guidance, including contract and employment handbook reviews
