My passion for intellectual property started with song writing and protecting my own music.
I am a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and have been helping companies and individuals to secure and enforce their intellectual property for over a decade. I joined Lewis Silkin in 2024 after setting up a trade mark and intellectual property practice for a boutique law firm.
I have particular expertise in navigating Registry issues and handling complex trade mark disputes, whether via settlement or contentious proceedings. My practice also involves the management and expansion of global trade mark and domain portfolios, trade mark clearance and enforcement, including domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organisation and Nominet.
I advise clients across a wide range of sectors, and in particular software & technology, fashion & retail, pharmaceuticals & medical devices, finance, hospitality, food & beverage, energy, and media & entertainment.
