About

I help businesses to navigate employment and workplace data issues and have for over 10 years. Those issues are often international, frequently complex but always surmountable and I do my best to make sure the process is fun.

My work covers all sorts of employment and workplace data matters, including advice on tricky employee relations issues, Employment Tribunal litigation, international people projects, pay equity and pay transparency processes (including preparing for the EU Pay Transparency Directive), business transformation processes - including associated people transfers and integrations, workplace data issues and supporting clients through senior exits.

I advise clients in all sectors but have particular expertise supporting clients in tech, interactive entertainment / games and media & entertainment.
