About

I am an Associate in our Employment Team in Leeds. Over the past 5 years my 'bread and butter' has been Employment Tribunal work and I have a diverse range of work, including both contentious and not contentious, using the knowledge I've gained from my breadth of litigation experience. Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I predominantly represented a large supermarket retailer on a substantial number of Tribunal claims (mainly multi-discrimination/complex/high value claims).

Outside of this, I have a passion for DEI, with a particular focus on race / ethnicity and social mobility. I am keen to ensure that Lewis Silkin, and its clients, are inclusive and diverse, and I actively participate in events and initiatives in these areas.

After graduating from my undergraduate degree, I completed the Legal Practice Course, Professional Skills Course, and I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
