About

I am a Litigation Assistant, within the Employment team, based in Manchester. I am an experienced paralegal with 5 years' experience working within employment law in Paralegal, Litigation Executive and Senior Paralegal roles. I've joined Lewis Silkin as one of the first Litigation Assistants, within the newly formed Litigation Hub which will serve the Employment and Reward team nationally.

I work exclusively on Employment Tribunal matters, assisting senior associates and partners with their cases, as well as running my own caseload.

I am due to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2027, specialising in employment law. I have expertise in advising both employers and employees on a range of employment issues including internal processes and Employment Tribunal claims.

I have a keen interest in social mobility and being a voice for young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds. As someone who struggled with the concept of the financial burden of university but knew I wanted to be a lawyer, I'm a big advocate for apprenticeships and alternative routes to qualification and I'd love to continue to champion a more diverse and representative legal community - I started my legal career as a Paralegal Trailblazer Apprentice, one of the first intakes!
