I've spent two decades helping businesses create value using technology. Having worked across the professional services, logistics and government sectors, I've now found my home in the legal world. You'll often find me speaking at conferences and to clients about the effect of technology driven change.

I lead Lewis Silkin's Technology and Operations team, helping to enhance the way our clients and people experience our services. My teams are responsible for all our client and business-facing technology, our library and knowledge services, legal design services and making sure our operations run smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter!

I'm passionate about developing high-performing, diverse teams and inclusive, agile company cultures. I am a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. I also have a doctorate in Machine Learning and Computer Vision
