I am a paralegal in the firm's Corporate practice in the London office. I support members of the team with matters such as company incorporations, drafting, filings, bundling and conducting legal research on client queries. My research has included capital contributions, buybacks of partially paid-up shares, registration of overseas entities as Relevant Legal Entities under the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 and company share option plan limits.

I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Law degree in 2020. Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I worked for a foreign full-service commercial law firm, and then as a legal professional and project co-ordinator at a global commercial law firm.

I am a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee, I have worked with City Law School's employment advice clinic and taken part in workshops as part of our schools outreach initiative. I provide ad hoc support to the Pro Bono and Responsible Business teams.
