I am an Associate in the Real Estate team and work out of the Cardiff office. My practice at Lewis Silkin is twofold; first, I am a real estate transactional lawyer, advising clients on all aspects of the property cycle, including the sale and purchase of freehold land, complex agreements for lease conditional on landlord's works and consents, option and pre-emption agreements, long and rack-rented leases and ancillary documentation.

Secondly, I work with our Corporate team advising our clients on the sale and purchase of businesses and companies. In particular, I am well versed in carrying out due diligence across large portfolios of properties, reporting on a full or red-flag basis, depending on the clients' requirements.

  • Advising clients on the property elements of a share purchase, reporting to clients and reviewing and negotiating the property elements of a sale and purchase agreement
  • Advising clients on the process of purchasing a property via a business purchase and reviewing and negotiating the purchase within the sale and purchase agreement
