I am a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal with over 7 years of experience in portfolio prosecution and management.
I joined Lewis Silkin in July 2022 after working both in-house and private practice.
I hold a Law degree from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, as well as a Masters in Intellectual Property and Information Law from Kings College London. I am a CITMA qualified paralegal since 2016.
I have a wealth of experience managing both small and large trade mark portfolios throughout their lifecycles, including various recordals and assignments of trade marks and designs worldwide as well as in-depth knowledge of procedural details and requirements for contentious proceedings before the UK and EU IPO.
