About

I'm an employment lawyer, helping businesses and individuals to deal with all aspects of UK employment law.

I have a broad range of experience and work with clients from sectors including technology, professional and financial services, manufacturing and engineering. As well as day-to-day HR matters like grievances and disciplinaries, settlement agreements and policy reviews, my work has a strong contentious focus and I have advised on litigation at every level from the Employment Tribunal to the Supreme Court.

In addition to my general employment practice, I have a particular specialism in industrial relations and collective employment matters.

Since joining Lewis Silkin, I have spent time on secondment with a multinational technology company. I started my legal career at a leading City law firm, where I trained and practised.
