I am an employment lawyer in our Cardiff office. I specialise in a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law, advising clients across a variety of sectors including technology, advertising & marketing, financial services, retail and sport.

My practise primarily focusses on supporting employers and I enjoy building long-lasting relationships with clients with a view to becoming an extension to their in-house legal and HR teams. I advise on all stages of the employment lifecycle, from contract and policy drafting, the employment aspects of corporate transactions and company reorganisations to performance and absence management, knotty grievance and disciplinary issues involving discrimination and equal pay complaints and negotiating contentious employee exits. I also have particular expertise in atypical employment matters and regularly advise end-users and employment businesses in relation to the supply of labour.

Giving back to our local community is also important to me and I am an active member of the firm's Responsible Business committee, supporting with charity and fundraising, our social mobility mentoring scheme and pro bono advice clinic.
