I support the Dispute Resolution team. I undertake a wide range of work from complex disclosure exercises to liaising with counsel and the courts.

I am often found poring over large volumes of documentation and increasingly involved with e-disclosure support.

My outside interests include going to the gym and playing golf (I can be found on the golf course most weekends trying to reduce my handicap!).

Dispute Resolution

I am involved in the department’s disclosure exercises. This includes preparing and managing large scale bundles (e.g. trial and disclosure bundles) as well as preparing disclosure lists.

I also work with all the High Court divisions and County Courts. Tasks include issuing claim forms and applications and liaising with the court in respect of timetabling and document requests. I also undertake some advocacy on interlocutory applications before Masters in the Queen’s Bench and Chancery Divisions as well as in the County Courts.

Over the years I have built up an excellent working relationship with all the High Court divisions which is beneficial to the Group.
