I am an Associate in Lewis Silkin's Immigration team.
Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I graduated with a LLB law degree from the University of West of England. While completing my Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University, I also worked as a Welfare Benefit Caseworker at Citizens Advice. In April 2019, I started at Lewis Silkin as a paralegal in the immigration team until commencing my training contract.
During my training contract I have completed seats in Employment and Real Estate, and have now rejoined the immigration team to gain further experience.
I work on a broad range of immigration and global mobility issues with a particular focus on the following:
- Assisting employers with sponsor licence applications and compliance;
- Advising on right to work issues and sponsor licence;
- Assisting employers with applications under the Points Based System;
- Assisting private individuals with spouse / unmarried partner applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain and naturalisation as a British citizen.
