I am a Senior Associate in the Employment team, based at the Manchester office.
I support employers and individuals in relation to contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
I have considerable experience of acting for employers in relation to employment tribunal litigation, ranging from unfair dismissal and wages claims to complex, high value claims for discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing. I have represented number of international businesses and other organisations, including household names in the retail, manufacturing, resource management and logistics sectors.
My non-contentious work includes supporting clients in dealing with grievances, disciplinaries and sickness absence procedures; reviewing and preparing contracts, policies, and procedures; and advising in relation to collective redundancy exercises and TUPE transfers. I am also experienced in providing advice in relation to negotiated exits and settlement agreements, and I have a particular interest in trade union and industrial relations issues.
