I am an Associate in the Employment team. I advise companies on all aspects of employment law. My practice covers general advisory work as well as contentious employment issues.

My day-to-day work includes restructures and redundancies, business transfers and TUPE, senior terminations and exits, and other complex employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and flexible working requests.

I also deal with contentious matters and have experience in defending a wide range of claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing.

I work with clients in a range of sectors, including media and entertainment, financial services, advertising and marketing, and sports business.

And will the maker of the recording risk liability to claims from the people recorded?
