I have previously worked in house with Asda Stores Limited and a number of firms in Leeds where I have been specialising in employment law since 1992. I've acted for a broad range of commercial clients across a various sectors including food retail, manufacturing and construction. I have appeared regularly in the employment tribunal throughout the UK conducting cases to full hearings. I also have considerable experience of dealing with settlement agreements for both employers and senior executive clients.

I prefer to give practical, focussed advice which is adapted to the client’s practical needs and commercial objectives.

Away from the office, I am a keen cyclist and runner when not injured or recovering.
