About

I joined Lewis Silkin in 2016, initially as an Immigration Paralegal. I completed my training contract and qualified as a solicitor in 2021.

Before joining the firm, I graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a LLB Law degree. I also completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University part-time whilst working as a paralegal.

I am fluent in Russian and Azerbaijani and have intermediate knowledge of Turkish language.

  • Assisting employers with sponsor licence and work permit applications
  • Advising on right to work issues and immigration compliance
  • Carrying out mock audits and training for sponsors and their HR teams
  • Assisting private individuals with spouse / unmarried partner applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain and naturalisation as a British citizen

  • Advising a number of modelling agencies as well as film and music production companies on the immigration compliance and mobility
  • Assisting professionals in the creative industries with global talent applications

Retail, hospitality & leisure

  • Advising restaurants and fast-food chains on the transfer of their staff to the UK and immigration compliance
