I am a Paralegal in Lewis Silkin’s Intellectual Property division based in the London office.
I serve as the dedicated paralegal within the Intellectual Property disputes team. My role spans the entire lifecycle of legal matters, involving responsibilities such as drafting, research, and bundling to support the litigation team. Beyond my core involvement in contentious matters, I also actively contribute to addressing non-contentious issues within intellectual property.
I have a degree in Law from the University of Greenwich and obtained the Legal Practice Course (LPC) certification from the University of Law. Previously I worked on copyright enforcement and anti-piracy matters within the music industry.
I have assisted on several reported cases, including before the High Court, Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, and Court of Appeal. Examples include:
- Combe v Dr Wolff
- Soluble Technology v Britvic
- Prysmian v BICC Components
- Acedes v Clive Sutton
- Cantilever Bar Systems v Soho House
