I have extensive experience as a corporate transactional lawyer gained in London and the US, and have advised companies, shareholders, investors and management teams from incorporation through the lifecycle of a company to exit. My experience includes public and private M&A, joint ventures, venture capital fundraisings, ECM transactions and advisory and many other areas of corporate, financial services and contract law.

In my role as a Managing Knowledge Lawyer, I use the experience that I have gained in practice and help my colleagues in the Corporate team to provide cutting edge, targeted and practical advice to our clients, draft legal updates and user friendly standard form documents and toolkits. I am passionate about knowledge management and the use of technology to assist in the provision of efficient and accurate legal advice.
