I have extensive experience as a corporate transactional lawyer gained in London and the US, and have advised companies, shareholders, investors and management teams from incorporation through the lifecycle of a company to exit.  My experience includes public and private M&A, joint ventures, venture capital fundraisings, IPOs and secondary transactions on the London markets and many other areas of corporate, financial services and contract law.

In my role as a managing practice development lawyer, I use the experience that I have gained in practice and help my colleagues to provide cutting edge, targeted and practical advice to our clients, draft legal updates and user friendly standard form documents and toolkits.
