In performing my role, I draw from over a decade of experience working as a commercial litigator in an international law firm.

I have advised clients on a range of disputes, with particular experience in managing high-value and cross-border litigation arising out of commercial contracts, issuing applications for urgent injunctive relief (including in an industrial relations context) and the subsequent progression of cases on a speedy trial timetable, warranty and indemnity disputes and enforcement of restrictive covenants of senior individuals. A number of cases I advised on have been reported and set precedents on key legal issues. I have also acted on several high-profile and sensitive regulatory investigations in the Financial Services sector.

I have experience advising clients in various sectors, including Life Sciences and Pharma, Retail, Financial Services and Manufacturing and Engineering.

I advise the Dispute Resolution team and our clients on key legal and procedural developments in Dispute Resolution, drawing upon practical knowledge and commercial experience, and I actively support client management and relationships. I particularly enjoy devising and delivering training on important and topical litigation issues.
