About

I have worked as an employment lawyer for over 5 years. I am currently based in Lewis Silkin's Dublin office, having previously worked in London. I advise clients on the full range of day-to-day employment matters, such as contract and policy reviews, providing support with investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes, advising on severance negotiations and other employee relations matters. I also have experience advising on complex collective redundancy processes and acting for employers defending employee claims in the WRC and Labour Court. I have completed several secondments in-house, which has given me an insight into the pressures faced by our clients, enabling me to deliver succinct and commercial legal advice.

I am particularly interested in the future of work and I support Lewis Silkin's innovative Future of Work community initiative, which aims to support organisations in their horizon scanning to enable them to see ahead, identify and anticipate future opportunities and challenges and evaluate how best to respond. I also help produce the monthly Future of Work "In Conversation" podcast.

I have just completed a part-time Masters in Work and Organisational Behaviour in Dublin City University.
