About

As an Immigration Paralegal, I assist the team with guiding clients through the complexities of immigration law with precision and care to help them achieve their goals. I joined the firm after graduating from Ulster University Belfast, were I obtained a bachelor's degree in politics and master's degree in Human Rights Law and Transitional Justice.

I support the team on various areas of immigration law with a focus on clients within the sporting sector. I have assisted with International Sportsperson Visa's for Footballers and Coaches for various Football Clubs throughout the year and transfer windows. I also help support the players family members to ensure their application process is as smooth as possible. I have helped Clubs obtain a sponsor licence to enable them to sponsor both ISP and Skilled Worker applications, whilst ensuring the licence is kept up to date and compliant. I have a particular expertise with Visit Visa applications.

Over the last year I have been assisting with Irish immigration, which allows for a fluid cross over for our clients who have business in both UK and Ireland.

  • Obtaining sponsor licences to enable them to sponsor both ISP and Skilled Worker applications, whilst ensuring the licence is kept up to date and compliant
  • Assisting Player's with their individual immigration needs. The Visit Visa route is often utilised by Clubs to seek new talent and develop young players from outside the UK. A recent example involves a Club requesting my assistance with obtaining Visit Visa's for 30 young aspiring footballers to attend a developmental workshop within the UK.
