Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I worked for a fintech company (backed by a multinational bank) as an in-house solicitor, having trained at the bank.

Working in-house, and assisting on contentious and non-contentious matters, equipped me with commercial experience. I have provided solutions that support business risk appetite through day to day legal and compliance support on apps, new product development, customer journeys, customer comms and marketing content. I have also delivered company-wide training on topics such as data, SMCR and corporate governance.

I advise clients (from start-ups to high profile organisations) on various data protection and privacy matters. My work includes providing clients with strategic advice on various issues such as record retention, international data transfers and cookie compliance.

I also review and draft various documents, including commercial contract clauses, policies, legal notices and data subject rights templates.
