For over five years as an employment lawyer, I have been advising both employers and individuals on a wide range of employment issues, whether advisory or contentious. This includes contract and policy drafting, advising on discrimination matters, reorganisations and employment aspects of corporate transactions and dealing with Employment Tribunal claims. I have a particular focus on coordination of international projects and I work closely with international colleagues to assist clients with their multijurisdictional needs.
Being a French native speaker, I am particularly interested in advising French (or French speaking) companies on the specificities of UK employment law and helping them navigate potential cultural differences.
Improving social mobility is an issue that means a lot to me and I regularly volunteer in the firm's initiatives such as our mentoring scheme which helps young people in areas of low social mobility.
