About

For over five years as an employment lawyer, I have been advising both employers and individuals on a wide range of employment issues, whether advisory or contentious. This includes contract and policy drafting, advising on discrimination matters, reorganisations and employment aspects of corporate transactions and dealing with Employment Tribunal claims. I have a particular focus on coordination of international projects and I work closely with international colleagues to assist clients with their multijurisdictional needs.

Being a French native speaker, I am particularly interested in advising French (or French speaking) companies on the specificities of UK employment law and helping them navigate potential cultural differences.

Improving social mobility is an issue that means a lot to me and I regularly volunteer in the firm's initiatives such as our mentoring scheme which helps young people in areas of low social mobility.

International project management

  • Liaising and working closely with our international colleagues in order to provide a coordinated practical and commercial solution for clients
  • Coordinating advice on remote working in 78 jurisdictions including implementation of relevant documents and policies
  • Supporting clients with global reorganisation and restructuring exercises and navigating country specific legal frameworks and obligations
  • Assisting clients with implementation of policies across various jurisdictions
