About

I have worked as an employment lawyer for over 15 years and I advise on the full range of employment law issues. In 2015 I joined rockhopper, an entirely remote service, meaning I could continue to be part of Lewis Silkin at the same time as moving to Scotland, where I discovered the joys of year-round sea swimming, in spite of the temperature!

During my time at Lewis Silkin, as well as general employment advisory and Employment Tribunal work, I've also undertaken a number of secondments, both from the core team and more recently as part of rockhopper & LS In-house. In these secondments I've worked with clients in a variety of sectors including professional services, media, financial services and technology.
