We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.

I joined Lewis Silkin in 2009 as a member of the core employment team. Whilst there, I gained extensive experience acting predominantly for employers, but also employees, in all aspects of employment law. While part of the core team I also undertook two secondments, at a multi-national professional services firm and a magic circle law firm, providing in-house advice across a broad range of topics and jurisdictions.

I moved to rockhopper in 2015 following a decision to move out of London. I now enjoy giving employment law advice from my home in Portobello, Edinburgh, a stones throw from the beach, where there is plenty of sand and sea, if not always sun!
