I am a lawyer within Lewis Silkin's Data, Privacy & Cyber group, based at the firm's London office.

I have worked as a lawyer in Ireland and the UK and I have extensive experience of advising clients in respect of data protection matters. I hold CIPP/E data protection accreditation from the IAPP and I have worked as in-house counsel at tech startups and well-established companies.

I advise clients across a broad spectrum of industries including financial services, insurance, advertising, manufacturing and media.

I have a particular interest in German business having lived in Berlin and Bavaria and I speak fluent German.

  • Advising a large utility company in respect of its direct marketing practices following investigations conducted by the Data Protection Commission
  • Advising a buy-now-pay-later provider with regard to personal data breaches
  • Advising advertising and financial services companies in respect of DSARs
  • Drafting detailed guidance in respect of monitoring in the workplace for a large social media company
  • Drafting employee privacy notices and website privacy notices for a range of clients
