As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD I have spent a significant part of my career in senior HR leadership roles as well as time as an external HR Consultant and joined Lewis Silkin in 2023 as Head of HR Consultancy.
The Lewis Silkin HR Consultancy service offers a comprehensive suite of people & culture focused support ranging from broad initiatives including culture change, restructuring programmes, training and coaching, to specific interventions such as audits, investigations and mediations.
Our HR Consultancy has been designed to be able to help a wide range of businesses. This includes companies that have an existing HR team but who may sometimes need an extra pair of hands to deal with a peak in workload, a large project or provide cover for an existing team member’s absence, to small organisations that may not have dedicated HR support. As well as HR generalists, we also have specialist consultants in areas such as employee relations, pay & reward, safeguarding, mobility, as well as organisation development and transformation.
Our HR Consultants have a high level of HR and commercial experience enabling them to give specialist advice and practical support. We work across a broad spectrum of industries including technology, communications, financial services, energy, professional services, retail, education, and media.
As well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), I am an active member of several HR networks including the Information & Communications Industry HR Directors Forum.
I am completing the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School and am part of a network that offers coaching assignments free of charge to charity partners. Other pro bono support I provide is partnering with secondary schools on careers support as a CIPD Enterprise Advisor. I am also a volunteer with two charities, the Youth Adventure Trust and the Riding for Disabled Association.
