About

I have spent a significant part of my career in senior HR leadership roles in-house as well as time as an external HR Consultant and I am Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.

I head up Worksphere's HR Consultancy services which offer a comprehensive suite of people & culture focused support ranging from broad initiatives including culture change and restructuring programmes, to specific interventions such as investigations, audits, workplace meditations and coaching.

Our consultancy services have been designed to able to help a wide range of businesses. This includes companies that have an existing HR team but who may need extra help to deal with workload peaks or large projects, to small organisations that may not have dedicated support. I work with a group of consultants who have a high level of HR and commercial experience enabling us to give specialist advice and practical support. The team work across a broad spectrum of industries including technology, professional and financial services, communications, retail, education and media.
