I primarily act for employers on all aspects of employment law including contentious and non-contentious matters.
I am part of the investigations team who conduct complex and highly sensitive investigations. I have conducted investigations into allegations of sexual and racial harassment. I have also managed a number of tribunal claims including in relation to disability discrimination, sex and pregnancy discrimination, victimisation, and unfair dismissal. Additionally, I assist clients with a variety of day-to-day matters including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.
I advise clients across a broad range of sectors, but in particular, those in marketing and advertising, media & entertainment and life sciences and pharma.
