I am a Managing Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward team, based in the Dublin Office.
I advise on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, from the commencement of the employment relationship to its termination. I assist clients with drafting contractual documentation and employment policies, conducting HR processes (including performance management processes, grievance processes, disciplinary processes and redundancy processes) and handling employee terminations and any subsequent settlement negotiations and employment claims.
I have successfully represented a number of clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the civil courts in a variety of claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
I also advise on a variety of corporate immigration matters including advising a wide range of clients on employment permit applications, entry visa applications, business travel, Atypical Working Scheme applications and spousal / partner permissions. I have successfully obtained Intra Company Transfer Employment Permits, Critical Skills Employment Permits and General Employment Permits for clients from the relevant government department.
I am experienced in advising clients regarding the most appropriate employment permit to apply for in the relevant circumstances and the eligibility criteria pertaining to each permit type. I have experience dealing with the relevant government departments in relation to immigration matters.
